About these terms

These terms apply to the public Latch & Lodge website, including its forms, examples, assessments, downloadable resources, and chat. They do not replace a separately accepted written agreement for paid work.

Information and examples

Website content, calculator or assessment results, process examples, and chat responses are general and illustrative. They may be incomplete or become outdated. They are not an accepted order, service guarantee, price quote, or permission to change a live listing or other third-party record.

Submitting information

Submit information only when you are authorized to share it. Keep passwords, access codes, payment card details, and other sensitive information out of public forms and chat. Sending an inquiry does not book work, create a management relationship, or authorize a public change.

Scoped work and authorization

For any separately agreed project, the customer identifies the approver and authorized publisher. Latch & Lodge may prepare a scoped plan or proposed update. A public change occurs only after the required authorization, and checking the published result is a separate step. The written scope for that project controls its deliverables, timing, access, price, and responsibilities.

Chat responses

The website chat uses an automated system and can produce inaccurate answers. A chat answer does not confirm availability, pricing, scope, or a commitment. Confirm those details in a separately accepted written scope before relying on them.

Accounts

If you receive a portal account, keep its credentials confidential and use the account only for authorized activity. Tell us through a published contact channel if you believe access has been lost or misused.

Third-party services

The website uses or links to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices govern your direct use of those services. A link does not make a third party's statement part of an offer from Latch & Lodge.
